Todos os atendentes muito bacanas e gentil. A moça do café da manhã, super querida. O quarto era para mim e meu companheiro. Nos deram um quarto compartilhado para ficar compatível ao que pagamos. Porém queríamos mesmo um quarto maior. O que ficamos era muito apertado. Limpo e a cama boa. O ar condicionado não estava funcionando direito.

O quarto é muito confortável, o banheiro muito bom e a janela anti-ruídos também deixa o ambiente muito agradável. O frigobar do quarto de casal luxo, estava dentro do roupeiro, porém precisava de uma elevação na base para que a porta do frigobar não batesse no trilho da porta de correr do roupeiro: detalhe fácil de contornar. Café da manhã bem diversificado, porém faltando opções sem glúten (somente pão de queijo) e sem lactose (somente iogurte de morango) em alguns preparos. Também a limpeza das mesas no café estava atrasada: tentamos sentar em 3 mesas e estavam sujas.
