I expected at least complimentary bottled water, iron, and ironing board in the room. The restaurant menu is very limited. Half of the menu items were not available. Also no coffee maker in the room. The rest was ok, not great

segunda vez que escolhemos este hotel para passar nossos dias em Bento Gonçalves. Hotel maravilhoso sim. Mas desta vez tem um item que pode ser melhorado, o atendimento na recepção. Achei o pessoal muito frio, pouco atencioso e não muito simpatico no atendimento, pelo menos ao meu grupo. acho que cabe uma atenção a este assunto.
