It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom and a south-facing terrace. The south-facing flat is composed as follows:
- An entrance hall with built-in cupboard.
- An 18 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining table for 4.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.
- One bedroom with twin beds and built-in wardrobe.
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC.

A high chair and cot are also available during your stay.

Outside area :
- A shared swimming pool within the residence (heated) with whirlpool/jacuzzi area at no extra cost.
