The walls were very thin and I could hear what the next room over was watching on tv. But there isn’t much you could do about that. The heater was not working. It would switch on for a couple of minutes then make a screeching sound. So we went without heat. My son was asleep so we didn’t want to ask to change rooms. We need to stay here in July for a wedding and my hope is there won’t be issues!

Room was very nice and clean. No ice machine readily available. Nice big TV with a good picture. Bed was huge must've been a Cali. King and it was comfortable. Pool was closed for the season. I liked the woodsy area around.
Our room. Only one bedside lamp. There as a desk lamp and a light by the door
Bathroom was cute with the yellow tile.
They had a nice shelf under the mirror for all my toiletries.

Will never stay again. No one told us in advance it was 2 stories with no elevator and they would only give us rooms on the second floor. The walls must be very thin with little insulation because we could hear the late night parties in the hallway and outside all night so we could not fall asleep until the wee hours and we needed to get up early. The bathroom floor was disgusting. Horrible experience.

Staff is not at all friendly or welcoming. Breakfast is horrible, they even ran out of plates, coffee machine was not working, we decided to get breakfast in town instead. For 400$ a night you would expect a descent hotel, with functioning A/C in the room (of course it did not work) Walking on the floor makes many creaking sounds and the walls are thin so you can hear everyone. Would never stay here again. Anywhere else in the world $400 would give you a true 3 star maybe even 4 star experience, this was horrendous. Not 3 stars more like 1. Avoid at all costs.
