The fantastic stone house is located in the green surroundings of an eco-village on a fenced plot and consists of two houses. The property has undergone a rejuvenation and so it shines from the inside and outside in well-kept splendor. The smaller house consists of a kitchen-living room, bathroom and bedroom, while the larger house has a kitchen-living room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside the courtyard, about 5 meters away, there is a private pool. Inside the ecovillage towards the vast fields there is a large arbor, which is shared. The nearest town is Biodgrad, known for its two marinas. Also worth visiting is the old town of Zadar and the nature park on Lake Vrana.
