WONDERFUL VILLA FOR RENT IN MORAIRA (COSTA BLANCA), with private pool for up to 6 people.



LAYOUT: This comfortable villa is divided on two floors, connected by a beautiful wooden staircase. On the first floor we have two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a bathroom. On the main floor there is another bedroom (with double bed) with a small balcony and an en suite shower room. It has a large fully equipped kitchen, with an island in the center. We have a dinning room next to the kitchen and a comfortable lounge with leather sofas and an office under the wooden staircase.



EXTERIOR: This magnificent villa has a garden with palm trees and grass. There is a large terrace with different areas, a furnished porch, an area covered by a pergola with a large wooden table and chairs, a gazebo with a table and chairs where you can sit with a drink and watch the Mediterranean Sea and the Natural Park Ifach. We have a swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and a barbecue area.



LOCATION: Located in a quiet residential area of Moraira, in a cul de sac with little traffic. Close to supermarket, restaurants and the beautiful unspoilt coves of crystalline waters. A 10min drive from the famous village of Moraira, where there is a sandy beach,
