The apartment is close to all services, very near Avenue Europe, one of the main Avenues in Benidorm, with easy access to the Mediterranean Motorway (Benidorm Levante) to go towards Valencia or Alicante, as well as if you want to take the Motorway. In a short walk from the building, you can enjoy the Rincón de Loix area with a wide variety of shops, pharmacies, health centre, schools,... and having at your disposal the city's large market every Wednesday and Sunday. Levante beach is just 10 minutes from the property.
