Tastefully decorated, this lovely 30m2 studio is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

Relax in the living room, which features a comfortable sofa bed and double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Multiple windows let in natural sunlight, brightening the space and making it even more inviting. The views over the mountains and the sea are amazing.

The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as an electric hob, an oven, and a coffee machine, to prepare delicious meals.

The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the shared swimming Pool (open on July and August).
Please note that the swiming pool is across the street and not inside the building.

The air conditioning system has a timer with a maximum duration of 2 hours. After this time, it will need to be reset in order to continue operating.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

This property is the perfect base for exploring the city. Situated near popular attractions such as Aqualandia and Terra Natura, guests can easily enjoy a fun-filled day out. Additionally, guests can indulge in delicious meals at nearby restaurants like Pintxos Aurrera and Las Gaviotas, or unwind with a drink at one of the local bars. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation till 21.00.
POOL IS SEASONAL, ONLY AVAILABLE FROM JULY TO AUGUST.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
