Poor quality of rooms not the same pictures you have on your web site false advertisements all though i got my apartment changed to a different complex but the other 3 apartments my friends were in wasn't up to standards so we had no choice but to take them as no alternative was available wouldn't recommend these apartments again unless they were updated, cleaned and all other work was updated very poor

I had read some reviews that the owner was difficult to get hold of when arriving late. Once I had booked our stay, I was told to phone the owner when we was 30 minutes from the airport for her to meet us at the apartments with our key. As checkin wasnt until 4 I booked a later flight. Prior to our stay I messaged the owner explaining we would be arriving just after midnight would she still be meeting us with the key, if not I was going to change our flight. She replied saying yes and to ring her when we was half an hour away from the airport. The day came when we was travelling. Our flight was delayed by an hour so i messaged the owner to explain this. We arrived in spain just after 1am. I rang the owner and said we was half an hour away she said no problem she would meet us there. When we arrived at the apartments she was no where to be seen. I rang her a couple of times and there was so answer. I also messaged her. Ny boyfriend then rang her and still no reply. Someone who was leaving the apartment doors let us in to sit in the ‘reception’ area. A few hours had passed and by this point I was panicking. I had rang the owner 40x and my boyfriend also had. It was around half 3 at this point. A lovely couple who we are so grateful for was coming back from a night out and explained how the same thing happened to them with the same owner the day before. They offered us to stay with them for the night. The next day the owner rang me at half 7 to say she had the key!

Nous avons réservé ce logement, car notre point essentiel été d’avoir un parking, à benidorm impossible de laisser sa voiture en sécurité dans la rue, et les parkings extérieurs sont hors de prix ! dans l’annonce, on nous promet un parking gratuit nos vacances. Sauf qu’à notre arrivé, nous demandons à la gérante de nous ouvrir le parking compris dans le logement, Elle nous répond très sereinement que le parking est déjà complet et que nous devons nous débrouiller. Nous avons payés 60 euros de parking de notre poche ailleurs. Viens le jour de partir, nous devons rendre les clés à 11h, nous avons un chien et demandons donc à la gérante si nous pouvons partir un peu plus tard ou même lui payer un autre appartement pour l’après midi pour y laisser notre chien. Elle nous promet de nous appeler dans l’heure qui suit pour nous tenir informé si c’est possible. Après 2h sans nouvelles nous l’a rappelons, Elle nous redit qu’elle nous rappel dans 1h. Après de nouveaux 2h sans nouvelles nous l’a rappelons, et là plus aucunes réponses, Pendant des heures nous l’harcelons d’appel, jusqu’à meme nous bloqués ! En l’appelant avec un nouveau numéro inconnu elle vient à nous répondre, Et là changement radicale de comportement de l’hôte ! Elle hurle au téléphone et nous insultes! Nous vous passons les détails de l’emplacement horrible de l’immeuble, la propreté et la population ! Et des intrusions d’inconnu dans notre chambre en pleine nuit !
