Our stay was beyond fantastic and it wasn't because u upgraded us or whether u included BF and early check in. Of course, we appreciate every bit of it. What stood out is the proactive nature of everyone we met within Hilton and outside (car drives managed by Hilton). Prior to this I thought Trident in Mumbai set the standards. But in fact think u have surpassed them. Every one has made a great impact while we were there. Aaryan and Shivam as we checked in Annamma who was our housekeeper. Hussein who was the driver we had Arun the chef and many more who I can't remember the names. Each and everyone was impeccable and even that is an understatement. There is no other place I will stay in Bangalore and possibly elsewhere where possible. Thank u very much for all u are and kudos to the Hilton management for being able to imbibe such vibes.

I had the most wonderful time in hilton manyata park for 4 days. I was on vacation with my wife and was shocked to get the upgraded king suite by kavya! Also since I was there 27 times, I was given a beautiful diwali invitation sweet box along with celebrations that truly made my stay most memorable. Also Amit in the kitchen made my day by giving me the royal breakfast treatment. Also shivam took care of my family like his own! Give them a raise! They are the best staff ever

Excellent place to stay in Bangalore - Hilton Emba

It was a wonderful experience. Check in was so smooth. I was briefed about all the necessary things to make my stay hugely comfortable. At the reception, Santosh M, Front Office Executive went all out to help me with the minutest details. He is so courteous and respecgtable person and went all out to make my stay a comfortable and memorable one. Restaurant is very good. Food preparations are very tasty. Perhaps this restaurant of the hotel stands apart in the food quality and preparations. Staff is very cooperative in the restaurant. They come to your table after every five minutes to listen if something is needed. Chief chef himself comes to know our liking and ready to prepare the special dish for us. My wife and I were hugely impressed. One thing I suggested was that during the breakfast fresh juices are displayed but it should be mentioned whether these juices are sugar free or not. labelling should be done properly. Second there should be more sugar free desserts as now a days every one is very sensitive to sugar consumption. I used hotel gym frequently. Gym is well organized. Machines are properly maintained and it is very spacious. Cleanliness in the hotel is very good. I always make a point to live in this hotel whenever I visit Bangalore for my business trips. Every time Santosh M treats me with smiling face and full professional approach. He makes sure that I do not face any problem in the hotel and he will ask me each day if I have any problem and he is a asset to

Exceptional Service- A memorable stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Hilton and I cannot say enough about the exceptional service I received during my visit. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by two gentlemen at the reception desk, who provided a warm welcome and went above and beyond to accommodate my early check-in request, even upgrading me to a suite. Their hospitality set the tone for a fantastic stay. The staff at Neo restaurant were outstanding. Their service was impeccable, and they always had a smile on their faces, making each dining experience a true delight. I observed the restaurant staff ensuring the safety and amusement of children while their parents enjoyed the extensive and excellent buffet selection. Overall, my stay here was nothing short of exceptional. The dedication and professionalism of the entire team, from the reception to the restaurant and housekeeping, truly made my visit memorable. I cannot thank them enough for their efforts in ensuring my comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch hospitality experience. Really nice rooms, an attentive staff and (for Bangalore) quiet surroundings make for a great stay. Close to the airport and the tech parks as well. There are several dining options and the fitness room is spacious and well equipped so you can work off the food.
