The hotel itself was great, clean rooms, nice ambience and excellent location. The booking process was not transparent at the time of booking, I only found out that we had booked the room for 4 hours upon arrival. I had to extend it and pay more. The options are now visible on expedia, however my personal experience has been a little disappointing for that reason.

Spotless rooms, courteous staff and excellent location. I am using it for the second time in last 15 days. One suggestion is to speed up the check in process. Yesterday, it took almost 20 mins to scan the luggage and check in. I had booked it earlier on the same day and it may have contributed about 5 mins extra to find the booking. See if you can cut down the whole checkin process to 2 or 3 mins.

Well worth booking for the 'Hours You Want' its 24/7 as flights at Bengaluru com in at all hours. You can book 4/8/12 hours. Right in the Terminal. Good size room and large bed. Good shower, room very clean and comfortable. Food was good in the end although we arrived after 9pm we managed to get a nice Pasta dish before going to bed. Note: Only Soft Drinks available.

Rooms are clean. Location is convenient. It would have been wonderful if we were able to enter/leave the hotel without exiting the building (there is a door inside the building but it is closed). Paper work took longer as they were taking photo copies of passport and other documents. Is it really needed for short stay like 4 hours? Think of making it faster. I would definitely be staying again to recharge before or after the long flights.

No hot water in shower. We spend Rs 10,000 for few hours of stay. Got delayed with flight due to this hot water fiasco. Completely unacceptable to not have hot water in transit hotel where people come mainly to get refreshed and take a nap.
