Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with TV, electric cooker (2 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer) and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.

Benecko, 750 m above sea level. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The building has 4 holiday apartments CSR RIG 161 (each for 4 people), 3 of these have 2 bedrooms, 1 of these has only 1 bedroom, the units are allocated based on availability, but still, the unit with 1 bedroom is nicer and after renovation. There is also a studio CSR RIG 162 (for 2 people). Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking on the property.
