The hotel overall was lovely and the pool area excellent. The rooms were spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem to them and Cicil at reception was so organised with the bills and super friendly too. The owner was present at the property most of the time so overall it’s an excellent team. The restaurant food was also good and had a nice atmosphere.

Lovely staff and a nice pool but some communication issues between the morning staff and the cleaning team - had to ask several times for clean towels and bedding as they kept putting the originals back dirty, eventually ended up speaking ti the owner who fixed it promptly. A shame it came to that as otherwise the staff were exceptional, even helping us sort a 6am taxi for our last day at a reasonable price. The Bengali speaking staff were exceptionally helpful. Would love to stay here again.
