This house’s privileged location, 150 metres above sea level, ensures splendid panoramic views of the nearby hills and even the Mediterranean Sea on the horizon, alongside the possibility of enjoying your holidays in a private and tranquil environment.
The rustic vibes that envelop this house are sure to remind you that this is the best place to disconnect, kick back and soak up the authentic atmosphere of the area. The house is characterised by double-height ceilings and rustic furniture, which mix with modern-day comforts to create the perfect ambience to enjoy your holidays.
Once you enter the villa, you will find a light-filled dining-living room, featuring a massive brick fireplace and a TV, as well as a comfortable sofa and a six-place dining table. The living area opens onto the fully equipped independent kitchen, where you will be provided with all the kitchen tools and electric appliances that you will need during your stay. The full windows of the living room, in addition to letting a significant amount of light flood in, also provide access to the spectacular porch and the outdoor area.
The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds, two double and two twin beds. The master bedroom also features warm/cool air-con, whereas the others are equipped with fans and heaters. The bathroom of the villa, provided with a shower, is entirely adapted for people with reduced mobility.
