Summary:
Welcome to this lovely terraced house with a roof terrace, pool and its own cozy patio, you come here with the family for a quiet and pleasant holiday in a quiet area, but close to everything the coast has to offer. Fuengirola town is only a couple of kilometers away with 8km of beach and the white picturesque village of Mijas Pueblo is only 5km from the townhouse.
The Space:
The residence is located in a quiet area just outside of Fuengirola, the area consists mostly of terraced houses and villas but there are also a lot of restaurants nearby. The nearest Lidl grocery store is only 220m away. In the area there is also a communal pool, free parking on the street. For those who enjoy discovering nature and hiking, there are a lot of hiking trails and green areas to discover nearby, one of the most beautiful trails on the Costa del Sol starts from the village of Mijas Pueblo, just under 6km from the townhouse. When you step through the door, you are greeted by a modern and bright home in Scandinavian style. You have a newly renovated kitchen that is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything else you need to cook on the holiday. Furthermore, you have a spacious living room with a dining group for 6 people, a small outdoor breakfast patio, a comfortable sofa and a smart TV. On this floor there is also a bathroom. One floor up you have 3 bedrooms with double beds and a lovely balcony, here there is also a bathroom. At the top of the terraced house you have the lovely roof terrace with a lounge corner, dining table and sun loungers and a gas grill. From here the view is wonderful with panoramic views of the Mijas mountains. The home is otherwise fully equipped with A/C in all rooms, fast wifi, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker, shared pool and much more.
The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.
To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in a pleasant residential area, perfect for guests looking to relax while still being close to everything. The neighbourhood feels peaceful and local, with easy access to beaches, restaurants and shops in Mijas Costa and Fuengirola, all just a short drive away. It’s a great base for enjoying the Costa del Sol, with golf courses, Mijas Pueblo and day trips to Marbella or Málaga within easy reach.
Getting Around:
Getting around from Calle Águila 2 is easy and convenient. Having a car is recommended, as it allows guests to quickly reach the beaches of Mijas Costa and Fuengirola, as well as supermarkets, golf courses and nearby attractions. The area has good road connections to the A-7, making trips to Marbella, Málaga and Málaga Airport straightforward. Taxis and ride-hailing services are readily available, and local buses run from nearby main roads, providing access to Fuengirola town centre and surrounding areas.
