Lovely apartment in very quiet area

I went with my brother who had not been abroad for a very long time. He loved the apartment as did I. Fabulous view from the balcony of the living room. You really need a car to be honest as it is a 30 minute walk to the centre of Benalmadena. There is only one bar nearby and a small Mercadona Express shop about a 10 minute walk away. We walked into the centre every day and got an uber taxi back which we did not mind at all but would not suit everyone. We loved the place and found it very relaxing.

Fantastic view

We stayed in the apartment for three weeks and really enjoyed it. The apartment had everything we needed and it was nice to be able to enjoy the sun and the beautiful view from the balcony.

Wonderful apartment

What a wonderful apartment and place to stay. It's immaculate and perfect for a family. Having 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms is ideal, and there's a generous living space. Very well kept block, with safe underground parking. The swimming pool is excellent, a really good size to cater for all the apartments to use & you get the sun around the pool all day! Not much around the apartment block, but it's easy to drive / taxi into Benalmadena for a walk along the beach promenade and all the restaurants located there and at the marina. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Perfect central location for our vacation in southern Spain

We loved the balcony overlooking both mountains and sea, and enjoyed having our breakfasts there. The four of us enjoyed the clean, quiet apartment which had all necessities for a home away from home. Thanks Johannes!

Jättefint boende i Benalmadena

Bostaden är mycket fräsch och trevlig med två balkonger med vacker utsikt över havet. Underbart med tillgång till pool och området är mycket lugnt och fridfullt. Man behöver hyra bil för att ta sig till olika platser.

In de beschrijving stond dat het een nieuw appartement was, dit klopt niet, het was zeker niet nieuw. De inrichting was heel minimalistisch, geen decoratie aan de wanden, de stoelen, ook op het balkon waren niet prettig om te zitten. Verder stond in de advertentie dat op de lokale golfbaan gratis te spelen viel, dit klopt niet, we moesten betalen. Verder was het gebruik van onze fietsen (e-bickes) niet mogelijk, de omgeving was veel te heuvelachtig.

Gran elección, volveremos a repetir

El alojamiento es tal y como sale en las fotos. Es tranquilo por su ubicación y por el tipo de familias que viven en el resto de pisos. Las camas son cómodas y los sillones también. Por las noches todo el mundo respeta el horario para el descanso y hace mucho fresquito, no hace falta poner el aire acondicionado. Si algo hay que mejorar, solo sería la necesidad de tener microondas en el piso, hoy en día es muy necesario si vas con niños pequeños para calentar su comida. Han sido unas vacaciones estupendas, si volvemos a Benalmadena repetiremos en este mismo apartamento.
