O hotel é novo e ocupa um prédio que anteriormente era comercial, passando por um processo de retrofit para se transformar em hotel. O conceito arquitetônico é interessante e contemporâneo, mas, na prática, apresenta diversas falhas de execução. Tive a oportunidade de conhecer dois tipos de quartos diferentes e, em ambos os casos, os layouts se mostraram pouco funcionais, o que impacta negativamente o conforto e a experiência do hóspede. A circulação, a disposição do mobiliário e o uso dos espaços não são bem resolvidos. A equipe do hotel demonstrou um padrão bastante inconsistente. Alguns colaboradores foram simpáticos, solícitos e aparentavam boa experiência. No entanto, outros mostraram pouca familiaridade com os processos e falta de preparo para executar adequadamente o serviço designado, o que compromete a percepção geral do atendimento. O restaurante merece destaque positivo: possui administração independente e oferece uma experiência muito boa, tanto em qualidade quanto em serviço. De forma geral, considerei a experiência apenas ok, mas incompatível com o valor das tarifas praticadas. Existem opções melhores na cidade (inclusive da própria Accor) que entregam mais conforto e um nível de serviço superior pelo mesmo preço ou até por um valor menor.

O hotel é bem novo e bem localizado. No entanto, meu quarto tinha cheiro de esgoto, devido - aparentemente - a um problema de tubulação. O staff do hotel não apenas não encontrou solução como demorou duas noites para me mudar de quarto, apesar de o hotel estar vazio. Fui transferida para um quarto menor e o staff não se deu ao trabalho de me ajudar com minhas malas. A não ser que haja um choque de gestão e treinamento intensivo de pessoal, não volto e não recomendo.

Hotel recém inaugurado, então alguns processos estão se normalizando. Fiquei hospedado no quarto 251 onde há um exaustor fora do chuveiro e do toilete, tornando o quarto extremamente barulhento. Além disso, o hotel não conta com garagem e não souberam me indicar uma na região, apesar de haver uma garagem no Kinas Tênis Clube, logo no quarteirão ao lado.
