It is an ok hotel to stay a night if you need a close place to stay to catch the train in the morning because it is walking distance from the Vale train station.

É o meu hotel em BH. Bem localizado, apesar de à noite os bares em volta fazem um pouco de barulho, mas nada que atrapalhe muito. Acho que deviam melhorar os canais de TV, ou melhor, ter mais canais. De resto, gosto muito.

Eu pensei várias vezes se faria uma avaliação ao hotel, pq fomos muito bem atendidos por um funcionário em específico, que tentou sim ser solícito e nos dar atenção, mas estou um pouco cansado dos hotéis oferecerem serviços diferentes do programado. Eu moro no centro de uma cidade e sei que o descaso de prefeituras e o centro de qualquer cidade não só no país, tem mais de 70% de não ser bonita, até aí tudo bem. Porém, as fotos que foram anunciadas não tem NADA E ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA parecido com os quartos. Não gostamos, solicitamos pelo menos a troca de quarto e nos foi informado

Localização excelente do hotel, tanto para locomoção a pé quanto por aplicativos. É um hotel bem antigo, com estilo rústico, e com limitações por conta da estrutura (como a falta de ar condicionado e estacionamento, por exemplo). O café da manhã é simples, mas é bom, e o ambiente tem uma vista muito bacana, além de ser todo vintage.

Chuveiro quebrou, só tinha água fria e a própria cidade estava muito fria, então fiquei tomando banho de água fria, só tinha uma tomada no quarto funcionando.
