It is an ok hotel to stay a night if you need a close place to stay to catch the train in the morning because it is walking distance from the Vale train station.

Reclamação sobre o atendimento do recepcionista.

Venho por meio desta expressar minha insatisfação com o atendimento recebido pelo funcionário Leonardo, durante minha estadia no Sul América Pallace Hotel, realizada entre os dias 31/01 a 02/02. Infelizmente, a experiência foi prejudicada pelo comportamento inadequado de um dos recepcionistas, o que acabou comprometendo toda a viagem. Desde o momento do check-in, percebi uma atitude rude e pouco acolhedora por parte do colaborador em questão. Em diversas interações, fui tratada com desdém e impaciência, mesmo quando minhas solicitações eram simples e feitas de forma educada. Além disso, em vez de buscar soluções para minhas dúvidas e necessidades, o recepcionista demonstrou uma postura defensiva e hostil, o que tornou cada contato desconfortável e desgastante. A hospitalidade é um dos pilares fundamentais da hotelaria, e eu esperava ser tratada com respeito e cordialidade, algo que claramente não aconteceu nesta ocasião. Uma viagem que deveria ser um momento agradável acabou sendo marcada por constrangimento e frustração. Espero que essa situação seja tratada com a devida seriedade e que medidas sejam tomadas para evitar que outros hóspedes passem por uma experiência semelhante.
