I had a fantastic stay at Savassi Village Hotel! The hotel is great, with excellent service from start to finish. The reception team was welcoming and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast—absolutely awesome! The selection was great, everything was fresh, and the team working in the breakfast area was simply amazing. The girls there were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The only small issue was the sandwich maker, which needs to be fixed. Hopefully, the hotel takes care of it soon to make the breakfast experience even better. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Quarto com pouca manutenção, toalhas igual trapos, cortinas despencando, rasgadas, torneira pingando, chuveiro péssimo, tampa da privada solta, colchas manchadas. Atendentes da recepção desmotivados. No elevador tinha anúncio de servico se quarto até 21h, mas ligando 20h40 nao podia mais pedir e nem tinha cardapio do quarto. Depois achei um papel minusculo dizendo que os pedidos devem ser feitos até 20h. Café razoável. Localizacao muito boa. Outra coisa muito ruim, no anúncio aqui do hoteis.com sparece estacionamento como comodidade (junto com piscina e academia), mas eles cobram 50.00 a diária, precisam avisar que deve ser pago a parte. A piscina na verdade e uma poça de agua. Nao fui considerando ela, mas nem colocaria como comodidade. Enfim, nao indico.

Quarto limpo, mas sem manutenção, precisa de uma boa reforma, dos cinco dias que fiquei hospedado, passei dois dias sem água quente, e estou aguardando retorno da gerência até agora, mais de uma semana! Reclamei no sábado pela manhã sobre a falta de água quente, retornei sábado à noite, e continuava sem água quente! Ao indagar a recepção, queria estornar meu pagamento e mandaram eu procurar outro hotel, as 21 horas! Fiquei desconfortável e tive de tomar banho gelado, domingo seguiu o mesmo problema!

Insatisfatório

A única coisa que gostei nesse hotel foi o café da manhã. Já na chegada achei o atendimento ruim, os quartos possuíam muitas coisas quebradas, uma pessoa que foi comigo teve que trocar 3 vezes de quarto porque o ar condicionado e a descarga não funcionavam, no meu quarto o Ar era insuficiente para o tamanho do quarto e eu estava sozinho.

A ralo do banheiro não tinha uma boa vazão, o que fazia dar a sensação que iria transbordar do box. Além disso, chamou a atenção ter sabonetes usados do hóspede anterior. Se nem os sabonetes recolherem, levanta suspeitas sobre qualidade que foi a limpeza geral. A academia do hotel tinha aparelhos muito novos e ajuda muito que está viajando e precisa manter atividades físicas.

Atende pelo custo

Condizente com custo. O quarto é bastante espaçoso, mas a cama não é muito confortável e a limpeza do banheiro deixa a desejar. No geral a estrutura é simples, mas atende as necessidades de uma viagem curta. O café da manhã é muito ruim. Não tem variedade de itens, não havia reposição adequada, os itens que deveriam ser quente estavam frios e a qualidade dos ingredientes era ruim.
