I loved the location....right in front of the weekly street fair on Sundays! The room was a little small, but the bed was very comfortable! The room could use a few more outlets to plug in a computer. Breakfast was spartan, but served by a friendly staff.

O banheiro do hotel é muito antigo, com vazamentos no teto e chuveiro. Os quartos não tem vista pois a janela fica no alto e nem se a pessoa subir na cama consegue ver ao menos se chove ou faz sol! A cama é grande mas não é confortável!

Aspectos positivos: O quarto e a limpeza foram bons e também os funcionários. Café da manhã excelente, com bastante variedade. Aspectos a melhorar: como sou alérgica, assim que entrei, tive um acesso de tosse, por conta do perfume na recepção e que fica também nos corredores. O cheiro é agradável, porém, para mim, é muito forte. Explicaram que são utilizadas caixinhas, por onde exala o odor. No quarto, foi tranquilo, o perfume não entra. Outro ponto, foi que embora a TV fosse smart, solicitei o acesso, eles registraram o pedido, disseram que estavam aguardando o TI, mas isso não foi atendido e também não foi dado nenhum retorno, sendo que eu fiquei por 5 dias.

Hotel Samba simples mas bem localizado no centro de BH, com funcionários prestativos e educados. Tem TUDO ao lado dele. Pelo preço não tem mordomia mas é limpo e com um bom café da manhã.

Levando em consideração que é um hotel 3 estrelas, cumpre tudo que se pode esperar. Quarto ok, com frigobar, ar condicionado (que pingava um pouco dentro do quarto quando ligado), tv smart, banheiro ok também. Fiquei no primeiro andar, no quarto bem em frente a escada, e era um pouco barulhento quando alguém as subia ou passava por ali. Também se ouvia bem o barulho da rua, mas novamente, por ser um hotel 3 estrelas e no centro, sabemos que essas coisas podem acontecer e não pode ser um problema. Limpeza geral boa. O café da manhã é honesto, com boas opções mas nada surpreendente (por ser em MG poderia ter um doce de leite!). Localização boa, tendo em conta que BH é grande e as partes mais turisticas são mais espalhadas, fica bem no meio do caminho pra pampulha, regiões mais como Santa Tereza e o mirante das Mangabeiras. Praça da Liberdade e os Mercados (novo e central) se pode ir a pé. Domingo, a feira hippie começa bem em frente ao hotel. A noite é bom ter um cuidado redobrado, mas não tivemos nenhum problema com segurança, é só ficar esperto, pois o uber para na rua ao lado tanto pra buscar quanto deixar o passageiro. Funcionários todos educados e prestativos. Cumpre bem a relação custo x benefício pra alguns dias em BH.
