The room itself was goods the only problem I had was that in the website picture and description didn't match the real room. I wished for a queen bed, but instead got a 2 single bed attempt to be a queen bed. They put 2 single beds together and put a cover on top of it, result was a lot of discomfort and back pain, if it wasn't for this I would give a better rating, hotel staff were super friendly .

all the rooms when someone enters or leaves the doors make a lot of noise early in the morning, guests start to leave and no one sleeps anymore, there is no insulation against noise

Chegamos e o hotel ficou sem energia até as 18h50min, tivemos que trocar de quarto porque não havia cama de casal, o segundo quarto o ar condicionado não funcionava. A atendente disse que verificaria e não verificou e nem deu nenhuma solução!

Todo o andar sem ar-condicionado

Foi péssima! Inicialmente as recepcionistas da tarde não foram nada gentis e fizeram meu checking msm sabendo que os ar-condicionados do hotel não estavam funcionando. Em nenhum momento fui informada. Meu checking foi às 14h e as 20h, depois de muito aguardar o retorno do ar, fui à recepção averiguar e a recepcionista da noite (esta muito gentil) informou q todo meu andar estava sem ar-condicionado funcionando. Vários hóspedes indignados, pois, de acordo com as recepcionistas da manhã, eles estavam passando por manutenção, mas na vdd uma peça havia quebrado e o pedido tinha sido feito em SÃO PAULO. Enfim, tive q ir atrás de outro hotel de última hora. Até agora n recebi meu reembolso.

Depois de ver inúmeras críticas a respeito do hotel, fiquei surpreso por terem me alocado em um quarto que atendeu minhas expectativas. Somente o frigobar que não gelava. Apesar da região da lagoa ser bonita, penso que falta a composição de padarias, supermercados etc., por perto. No geral, foi uma boa estadia. Porém, ouvi alguns hóspede reclamando da falta ou defeito no ar condicionado e frigobar. Acho que o hotel deve fazer essas manutenções para evitar problemas e constrangimentos com os hóspedes.

Hotel Horrível

Horrível, atendimento péssimo, ar-condicionado quebrou e sequer oferecem ventilador ou deram satisfação, tivemos que dormir com a janela aberta por causa do calor. Faziam maior cara de chateação e mal respondiam quando o hóspede perguntava sobre o ar-condicionado, inventavam mentiras dizendo que a assistência estava arrumando, mas não estava. Não pediram nem desculpas ou fizeram algo para reparar o constrangimento. Café da manhã ruim, limpeza do quarto a desejar, armário todo sujo de poeira que até sujou minha bolsa toda, lençol bem fino que dava pra ver o outro lado. Diária de 4 dias e em nenhum deles tiraram o lixo do banheiro. Diária caríssima e ainda o hóspede passa por tanto constrangimento, sendo mal atendido.

Falta de respeito com os hóspedes

Cheguei no hotel às 19:30 de um domingo e simplesmente me avisaram que o ar condicionado não estava funcionando e não havia outro quarto disponível. E eu que tinha que solicitar o estorno do dinheiro já pago. Péssimo!

Bom custo-benefício

O hotel tem bom custo-benefício. tem boa estrutura e bom atendimento. O quarto é amplo, limpo e arejado. O frigobar era novo. O café da manhã era bom e havia reposição dos itens faltantes. Não havia muita variedade no café, mas sempre tinham duas a três frutas, iogurte, suco de abacaxi, café, pães, frios, salsicha, ovo, dois bolos e pudim. Achei muito distante do centro e difícil de pegar Uber. Não há nenhum estabelecimento próximo, nem mesmo mercado. Fica em frente à lagoa da Pampulha, mas para ir pra as atrações da Pampulha precisa usar algum meio de transporte.

Excelente, recomendo demais!

Quarto super confortável, limpo, ar-condicionado excelente, banheiro com chuveiro elétrico maravilhoso, serviço de limpeza de quarto muito solícito, café da manhã gostoso e variado, hotel extremamente bem localizado com diversos pontos turísticos e restaurantes próximos! Fiquei um total de 10 dias e estou mais que satisfeito com minha escolha.
