O hotel possui ótima localização, próximo a transporte público, farmácias e outros serviços, o que torna a estadia bastante conveniente. O custo-benefício é bom, principalmente por incluir café da manhã. No meu caso, o quarto apresentou um problema inicial: a janela não trancava, mas foi consertada rapidamente. O atendimento na recepção variou — a funcionária que me atendeu pela manhã foi um pouco ríspida, mas as demais foram muito prestativas, oferecendo ótimas orientações sobre os pontos turísticos da cidade. O café da manhã é excelente, com variedade e equipe bastante atenciosa. Já o quarto tem alguns pontos a melhorar: o travesseiro era muito alto e duro, e as camas de solteiro um pouco estreitas. Em resumo, é uma boa opção para quem busca preço acessível, boa localização e praticidade em uma estadia curta.

Parking was nearby, needed to ask front desk to open, however. Could have been streamlined. This area is great, in the heart of BH and close to attractions such as the Central Market, CCBB, and others. We arrived at night and felt very safe. The hotel itself is old and simple, and this was the negative highlight of our stay. Sheets were stained, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was poor. Overall a fair experience for the cost, but I would not stay there again.

As fotos não condizem com o hotel. Ele precisa de reforma. Quartos úmidos, paredes filtradas, mal cheiro, teia de aranha, limpeza precária, móveis e parede com modos. Hotel precisa se reforma urgente. Funcionários trabalham de forma precária pq o próprio hotel não investe nos funcionários e clientes.

Os cobertores e as toalhas de banho podiam ser melhores. O café da manhã era bem saboroso mesmo com poucas opções, entretanto os ovos e o molho de salsicha estavam frios todos os dias porque não tinha como manter aquecido (aparentemente)

Pior estadia que já tive em um estabelecimento. Em três diárias, mudei quarto por quatro vezes. Cada vez um problema, um deles sendo o chuveiro que não funcionava, qdo aberto a água sai gelada por cima do chuveiro e um outro, pra mim o mais grave é que ao retornar do jantar, a cama parecia uma piscina, tava caindo uma cachoeira pelo ventilador de teto. Não recomendo este hotel a ninguém, seja pelos motivos citados acima e também pela infraestrutura do área de convivência e a má qualidade do café da manhã.

Bom dia! Nota 5.0 1) Quarto não teve serviço de limpeza diário. As 4 estadias ninguém limpou. 2) Como minha alimentação é diferenciada, levei sanduiches naturais para comer a noite e acondicionei no frigobar, pedi para esquentar (pois não como frio), foi negado. Informaram que a sanduicheira era exclusiva dos funcionários. 3) Quarto só tinha uma única tomada com 3 pontos. TV não tinha nenhum canal salvo, tentei salvar (sem sucesso), relatei na recepção e me informaram que não podiam fazer nada a não ser que no dia seguinte eu trocasse de quarto (caso tivesse algum disponível). 4) Café da manhã bem variado mas as comidas ficam expostas, não achei higiênico. Tinha um senhorzinho na entrada controlando os hóspedes no café com uma lista, teve um dos dias em que esqueci de pegar um suplemento alimentar, disse a ele que iria no quarto pegar, ele simplesmente disse que ao sair e retornar teria que pagar uma taxa, achei absurdo. 5) Piscina não estava funcionando, portanto não acreditem nas fotos. 6) Bem localizado, literalmente no centro de BH e perto dos principais pontos turísticos do centro. Mas por ser uma construção antiga, tem muitas manutenções a serem feitas, a iniciar pela instalação elétrica. 7) Comprei 02 águas de 500 ml no hotel. Na hora do check out informaram que a água custava R$ 6,00 (totalmente fora da realidade). Paguei, pois já havia consumido. Para terem ideia, na farmácia (quase em frente ao hotel), comprei água de 1L por R$ 3,50 Resumo: Eu não volto!

Quarto não condiz com as fotos. Reservei com vista pra cidade e somente tinha disponibilidade vista para o pátio. O café da manhã tem boa variedade, mas poderiam melhorar a higiene, pois as comidas ficam expostas e o ambiente com moscas.

Razoavel, mas pelo preço esperava mais. Limpagem ficou devendo. Quarto bem simples e chuveiro quente queimou. É um hotel muito bem localizado, mas pra cobrar quase 200 reais a diária não compensa pelo que entrega. 130 estaria muito bem pago. No mais, hotel agradável e recepcionistas muito bem educadas.
