I have been in the Boulevard Express and Boulevard Plaza Hotel since 2017. I usually stay at my family’s house or at hotel when I travel to B H and really liked because of the breakfast but now the Express Hotel doesn’t have breakfast. I need to go and get in another place or go to another Hotel that belongs to the same owner. The breakfast is very delicious but have to pay additional fee. What i could not understand is why I saw 2 ladies walking around the room cleaning before the customers leave the room. I feel that they were very unpolite. I plan to go back and stay there again. The people that work in the reception are very nice, 👏👏👏for them!

you get what you pay for. Bathroom had foul oder on arrival, room was very small, bed was comfortable enough, location best selling point.

This hotel is situated in the region of Savassi. It's very central and you have sime nice restaurants nearby. Every interesting place is in walking distance. Great location to stay!

unexpected additional taxes

The hotel that is not that cheap for what if offers (a small, despite comfortable room and a terrible underground place for breakfast), charged more 10% at the final bill.

Não recomendo este hotel

A acústica do hotel é terrível, dava para escutar a música do carnaval de rua que acontecia ali perto. Além disso, tinham pessoas gritando nos quartos e corredores do hotel, sem que fosse tomada nenhuma providência. Por fim, minha cama parecia um formigueiro, cheio de formigas que não sei de onde vieram e o ar-condicionado não gelava direito.

O hotel em si é um hotel bem simples, mas agrada bastante pelo valor. Não fornece café, mas isso não foi um problema para mim pois precisava fazer o check-out antes do horário. A localização realmente fica perto de bares bem movimentados, mas não tive problema com o som e nenhum problema para dormir. Fui muito bem atendido tanto na recepção quando a pessoa responsável no telefone, me orientando e explicando tudo que houvesse dúvida. Minha única reclamação é que no segundo dia o chuveiro não esquentava de forma alguma tendo assim que tomar banho morno. De forma geral o hotel é muito bom e os funcionários também, ocorrendo somente essa questão que pontuei acima.
