NOISE – The guest agrees to ensure noise is kept at reasonable level, taking into consideration neighbours and surrounding properties. BREAKAGES – You must notify Pillow Property Partners of any damage or breakages as soon as they occur so that they can be rectified for the next guest. NO SMOKING POLICY - There is a strict no-smoking policy in all properties. Where it is clear that there has been smoking in the property the cost of rectifying this will be deducted from your damage deposit.
