Charming hotel w/ clean, modern, comfortable rooms

Wow! What a nice hotel. We stayed in an accessible apartment-style room that had a kitchenette and living room. (Accessible because I just had foot surgery.) We couldn't get over how nice the apartment was. It was superior to apartments we lived in as students! It was super clean and comfortable. The living room, bedroom, and bathroom were all quite large. The bedroom has a door so it can be fully closed off from the living room. The kitchenette was well stocked and had high-quality dishware and appliances. Everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged. The hotel itself was also quite charming, although we only saw the lobby. We would totally stay here again if we're ever in Bellingham. Highly recommended!

Hotel Leo is absolutely my favorite place to stay in Bellingham. The location cant be beat, and the hotel has such an old time elegance vibe. I love the quirkiness. I had a "room" that was actually like an apartment. Livingroon, kitchen, bedroom - all separate. It was so wonderful. The staff are also *super friendly. I cannot say enough good things.

Love the character, staff was lovely & welcoming. Room was cute and clean. A little rustic in some ways but they’ve done well with the old bones of the building. Train was noisy at night but they do provide earplugs & I had my window open so that’s partly on me.
