Reception staff were extremely professional, polite, hospitable, welcoming and helpful. King room was spacious, clean, bright and had easy power access for laptop etc. It was very quiet and had good soundproofing as you couldn't hear anyone in adjoining rooms. Continental breakfast was very good with toast, cereal, muffins, yogurt, apples, and egg / sausage microwavable muffins on offer. Staff ensured adequate quantities of foodstuff were kept fully stocked during breakfast hours. Tea, coffee, and juices were also available. Great location for shopping, easy access to the I-5 if you want to travel farther afield to enjoy many scenic daytrips in fairly close proximity. Will definitely stay there again!

I checked in and reported to the front desk that our room stank of cigarette smoke, despite this being a non smoking hotel. Front desk advised no comparable room available, I would be charged a fee to switch rooms, and no discount for the inconvenience. The next morning, another front desk person apologized and advised I could have been accommodated.

Older hotel, awesome staff.

The staff is amazing here. So friendly. Hotel is very clean but older. Bed was fine, pillows were real uncomfortable and the water doesn’t get very hot. I didn’t have a poor experience, but the hotel itself shows its age and I will stay somewhere else next time - I would love to take the staff with me if I could.
