Looks and feels like a motor inn, friendly. clean

We stayed on the third floor, but I didn't realize it had only outdoor flights of stairs to reach a door from the third floor outdoor hallway. There was just a corner inside the building that served as the check-in/registration desk. The bathroom could do with a makeover (maybe the rugs, too). However, the very comfortable beds, pillows and linens made up for the above. This photo is correct except for the wooden flooring that wasn't in our room. The restaurant in the downstairs, was excellent as were all the staff. We had such a pleasant server on the days were were there. However, everyone of the staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay again and reoommend this hotel.

We had a great breakfast on the property and brought food back to the picnic tables beside the waterfront. It was quiet and a peaceful view. We would return and give a favourable recommendation to friends and family.

No frills accommodation well-situated on picturesque marina in lovely Picton. Rooms are dated and very small with a fridge that doesn’t get very cold. There is absolutely no storage for your belongings ie no dresser or night-table or bathroom vanity. Beds and linens could be better. Shower has surprisingly very good water pressure though. Restaurant’s breakfast is very good and reasonably priced and the staff are extremely efficient and friendly.

Wonderful find - warm and friendly staff in all parts of the Inn and restaurant who were attentive to our needs. Everything was easy and convenient - check in, checkout, changes, parking, food. Short walk to restaurants and shops. The room was spotless and beds were comfortable. Lovely view of the harbour. Will return for sure.

Lovely stay, amazing staff, great view!

It was a really lovely, centrally located, clean, comfortable and super friendly place to stay. The staff is amazing and are very quick to ask if there is anything you need to make your stay better. The onsite breakfast/lunch restaurant is AMAZING. Best breakfast in Picton. The only thing we missed was they would benefit from a better tv selection like Netflix or Prime. You couldn't tell what was on each station and there were no movie or series options. Its nice at night to settle in and watch a movie or pick up your fave series. Otherwise, it was lovely.

Gem of a hotel!

We had such a lovely stay at the Picton Harbour Inn! Lovely little hotel right at the end of Main St, so an easy walk into town. A few places were closed as not quite in season (middle of May) but it was busy enough and most pubs/restaurants were open. The hotel staff were brilliant - very friendly, polite and professional. The room itself was great. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again and we would recommend it to anyone heading to PEC!

The location was great but rooms, although updated with modern furnishings, was small. And, no closet! Not enough space for 3 women.

The place is located at the heart of Picton, very close to the marina, the local shops and the town’s wonderful restaurants. The rooms and washrooms are very spacious and are immaculately and you have everything that you need during your stay. The Lighthouse restaurant at the inn offers the best breakfast I had in years. Our group ordered The Big Bay for each of us and it was superb! Prices are very reasonable too! Highly recommended to stay here during your trip to the PEC!
