Rooms were great, very large nice bedding great views. Breakfast was good. It is a 10-15 minute walk down into town but much longer back with steep hill and not good footpath. Could really do with a shuttle service as had to take heavy suitcases down with us to catch ferry on way home

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. If walking isn't a problem for you then this is definitely a place you should consider to stay. The staff in particularly the chef were very accommodating.

Overall had a wonderful stay here at Agriturismo Il Colle. They were very accomodating and made us feel welcome every step of the way. The only downside to this hotel is the location - there is a large hill to get from Bellagio to the hotel. But other than that you fantastic views of the lake and the surrounding area, free breakfast, clean rooms, and more. Highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful property with a regal view

Beautiful property and beautiful location. The view of the lake from the property is stunning. The property is a solid 15 minute walk to the busy waterfront scene.

Best place to stay ever

This place is amazing. They are going above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The room and bathroom was huge (we had Iris room) and it had the most amazing view to the lake and the hills. The breakfast was delicious and made with products they cultivate or raise there. 1000% best place ever. Great parking also and only a 10 min walk from the ferry and the center of the town.

The property says it is an easy walk to the promenade, but walking there was treacherous. You walk along a busy one-way road that has a very narrow pedestrian walkway. The hotel is an upward climb from the promenade. The property did not have any indoor common areas to relax in — you were either in your room or outside. We had a light drizzle in April and were confined to our room. While the facility is pleasant, we will stay in town on our next visit.

Absolutely beautiful view of the Italian Alps from the property . Quite location , birds chirping , olive and apricot trees in craft boutique hotel. Wine by the glass offered in the lobby . Great place highly recommend!

This place is beautiful and we would love to come back! Breakfast is plentiful and delicious! Rooms are clean and comfortable. There was a misunderstanding with our arrival, but other than that it was great. We hope to return!

This was a fun alternative to a traditional hotel. And we got to see the chickens they have on site! The room was spotless and the staff were very nice. There are two routes to the property if you are walking, one much easier than the other (when you get off the ferry, turn left). The breakfast was good but not as exceptional as we were expecting.
