Hotel was beautiful as usual, not our first stay here. Walked into the room only to be greeted by an acrylic nail in the middle of the floor! Someone was sent right away to clean the room but that’s not something I like to see in my hotel room. Pretty disgusting.

Bathrooms

Checking in was easy, we had to switch rooms. Got to our first room phone didn't work to call front desk then our shower was broke they had the cord to ahower head tired up so it wouldn't fall down n shower looked like it needed n overhaul. Got to our 2nd room n it was better, beds were comfortable but shower needs n overhaul too, shower floor had big cracks n uneven.

The only problems we had was one bartender young guy should not be a bartender. He was just there and i mean just there. The seat in the shower is no good needs to go. And please ,paying that much money for a hotel room put a microwave in the rooms. The bellman when we first got there at 3 or 4 pm was awesome. And we tipped him accordingly. He is a hard worker and i wished he was there when we checked out i would have given him more.

Not the best stay.

Parking was a mess. Our bathroom floor was not clean. Looked like vomit on the floor by the toilet on trash can. Our socks stuck to it. I just put tales down and walked on them. I did tell the front deck the next morning when we checked out. They didn't seem to care. They did thank me for telling them. I tried to upload a photo of the bathroom floor. Would not let me.

Disappointed but ok

I wasn't able to actually stay at the Westin. The hotel was overbooked so i was sent to another hotel 30 mins away. Although i was refubded 100% and the Westin covered the stay at the other hotel including parking. They even gave me a card with a number to call if the move cost me extra expenses such as an uber transport. Overall not a bad experience the front desk was very nice.
