Marko in the garage was VERY VERY NICE! He always asked if we need anything or want any bags carried to our room. Exceptional! Front desk staff always smiled and was very polite. Housekeeping as well. As for the room itself, I found the following failed in it being a 4 star hotel regarding room 106: bleach stains on the carpet, red stains in the corner by window, towels were torn at the seam, mold in the bathtub caulk around the tub, drywall below glass under tub facing the room was bubbling, hair dryer is barely hanging on the wall, safe could not accommodate a laptop, could not turn off heat at thermostat and bed was so uncomfortable.

It is the dirtiest,scuzzies hotel of our trip.Carpet was filthy,bed linens had a yellow tinge to them.The towels like sandpaper. Staff was to busy playing on their devices,they didn't care.
