Slow down and relax at "Green Gables", a 5-bedroom farmhouse on 5 acres—just 7 minutes from Bozeman! Built over 100 years ago, this original homestead offers mountain views from the wraparound deck, a trampoline for fun, and cozy spaces to unwind. Guests have access to the house, yard, garage, wraparound deck and private hot tub.

You’ll enjoy the warmth and comfort of this updated Montana farmhouse—blending rustic charm with modern amenities like fast Wi-Fi and two large-screen TVs.

Although the house does not have central air/AC, window A/C units are in the master bedroom and large upstairs bedroom. Montana nights are typically cool—open windows in the evening and close them around 10:00 a.m. to keep the house comfortable.

The home features 4 spacious bedrooms with queen beds and a smaller 5th bedroom with a twin. A premium queen air mattress is also available. There are 2 bathrooms: one off the primary bedroom with a classic slipper tub (no shower), and a second full bath with a tub-shower combo.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, oils, spices, and utensils. The large marble-top island seats 5, and the adjacent dining room has a beautiful pine table with seating for 8. The cozy living room includes a large-screen TV and a Bose sound system—perfect for movie nights.

Beds feature soft compression foam toppers and down comforters, while bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and premium soaps and lotions.

The fenced backyard offers space to relax and play, including a sunken trampoline and a spacious wraparound deck with patio seating—perfect for enjoying the mountain views.

Guests have access to the house, garage, deck, the yard directly adjoining the home and the hot tub.

There are horses on the premises. Do not feed or touch the horses. Access to barns, sheds, pastures, and horse pens is also not permitted.

Although the home offers a peaceful country setting, it’s just 7 minutes to Costco and the airport, 15 minutes to downtown Bozeman, and 20 minutes to Montana State University—giving you the best of both worlds.

Large comfortable rooms with space for everyone. Seating was comfortable and very roomy with options. Well stocked kitchen and even had coffee and tea! The hot tub was clean and welcoming - we definitely enjoyed the starry night soaks! Some of us enjoyed the in ground trampoline as well. One caution - although there are two bathrooms, there is only one shower as the other is a soaking tub with no curtain/options for showers.We were staying here for a wedding, so were quite busy, but wished we had more time at the house as it was very comfortable and serene.

Very pretty setting and close to Bozeman shopping. We loved the location and scenery. There are some windows that don’t open or once opened do not close. They are the crank ones and cranks don’t always work. Not a big deal just a little inconvenience. Overall the place is lovely and I would recommend to stay here. The care taker onsite is very responsive and friendly.

This is a beautiful home and was great for our large family of 8. Perfect location and was a super quick trip into Bozeman. The views were glorious and the (adult) kids loved the hot tub. This home has everything you need and more! We can’t wait to book it again for our next trip back to Montana!

Great holiday vacation

The farmhouse was perfect for us. We were able to get together with our 3 kids and enjoy the holiday. The trampoline and the hot tub were an added bonus. We had 5 adults and 2 kids with us and then had our daughter and her husband come by daily to spend time together. The house was big enough so no one felt crowded. The host was available and responsive before and during our stay.

Beautiful property, excellent location!

We loved absolutely everything about our stay. Two families of four (including four children aged 2-8) and my parents slept comfortably and had plenty of space for the entire of week. Our kids loved the in-ground trampoline and used it for hours. This was also one of the most fully-stocked kitchens we have ever used while traveling, and helped us settle in from day 1. We would definitely stay here again!

Wedding parents and grandparents

We enjoyed the location and especially the wrap around porch. The large kitchen and the dining room were great when we had some relatives come visit. When booking, you need to realize there are no bathrooms upstairs and I would not recommend planning on elderly people staying upstairs.

Nice spot

Stayed with a few friends to do some fishing and hiking in the area. Great space for making meals and catching up and can’t beat the location with proximity to airport, town, trails, and fishing access all 15-30 minutes.
