Did not seem safe. We did not stay. That bad! Filthy hallways and stairs. Elevator broken and taped shut. 8 flights of stairs. No fire escape. Graffiti and possible gang symbols in stairways. Debris and furniture piled up in walkways. Spider webs, filth and crumbling plaster along the stairways. Back entry of property door is crumbled and rotted away and cannot be secured. We were two retired couples.

Could be better

It's a nice place in a great location. It's an apartment with four bedrooms, a living room, and a nice kitchen area. Unfortunately, they could do more to clean the place. The refrigerator and bathrooms(2) were dirty. Air refresh can help the apartment!
