The Hotel looks good from the outside and the lobby is very nice and clean restaurant was lovely and clean bright and spacious.
Staff both in lobby and restaurant area excellent.
Having stayed at The Malone on several occasions I expected an enjoyable stay and once again it lived fully up to expectations in every department.
The only issue that I would pick holes in is the fact that the excellent and very convenient car park to the rear of the property has been taken over by a car park operator and is no longer free. And as with many of these car park operators, they charge too much and the only way to pay is by downloading an annoying app and going through a procedure that one could really do without.
Other than that gripe, which I will no doubt get over, we will certainly be back to stay again in this little gem of a property in the leafy University Area of South Belfast.
We enjoyed our 2 night stay, great location! We had one simple issue that we found out after we asked to do with how the hot water worked! Maybe something for staff to keep in mind for Canadian travellers 😉

Front staff desk need to know more about tours and pick up locations.
Beautiful hotel, great ambiance, delicious food from the restaurant with generous portions. Great wine selection. One evening we ran late for dinner and the chef and hostess kept kitchen open for us!!! Many restaurants within walking distance and the city your bus stops right outside the hotel, it was the perfect way to spend a few days with my son before he left for university.
Really lovely boutique hotel. Staff so friendly and attentive. Rooms gorgeous. Comfy beds, Really quiet area. Had a lovely dinner and a beautiful sleep. I think I've stayed in possibly every hotel in Belfast for work trips at this stage and this is by far my most favourite. I'll definitely be back.
This hotel is nestled in a quiet area of Belfast but within walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops etc. We had a relaxing overnight stay with great food in The Greyhound bar. Staff very courteous & pleasant in all areas of hotel. Breakfast was excellent also with plenty to choose from as well as other items which can be ordered off the menu. We will definitely visit here again.
Staff were nice and friendly, breakfast was great! Room nice, modern, clean. On site restaurant was good. Like the 15% meal discount for going clean and skip the clean. We had a car so it was okay that this was not in the city centre and it was a great stay for our family
Unfortunately didn’t have a great stay due to having an accident at the hotels entrance. Spent most of the time in hospital. Never got to enjoy the room I had booked for the night.
