We really liked the eco-friendly, local-artist-supporting, sustainable theme. Having a fridge in the room and access to a launderette are really useful. We only spent one night in the hotel but would definitely return if coming to Belfast for longer. The room was clean, comfortable and had some interesting artwork.The staff were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was good but it felt very busy and hectic. One (occasionally malfunctioning) coffee machine didn't seem to be enough for the number of guests.

This is a great choice for a city break and the rooms are lovely. We stayed on the 8th floor. There is a great bar and staff are friendly and helpful. Live music everynight is a plus. The food was good, great choice. However, did find that the breakfast food on the hot side was a little luke warm rather than hot which was a little disappointing as the food is good. We tried going at different times. It was nice and hot on the first morning but luke warm the following days. This is a busy hotel but the decor is interesting and inviting. It is in a good location for exploring the city. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. There was a big stain on the floor outside the 8th floor lift which does not look good and needs dealing with. Apart from this everywhere is very clean. There is parking at a nearby multi storey which is only a 5 minute walk and safe and secure. The atmosphere is very relaxed and enjoyable at this hotel. A good choice if visiting Belfast.

Hotel looked very promising and modern on first looks on arrival. Staff were super friendly when checking in. We stayed in the sleep well suite which was cool, funky and very modern. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great cooking utensils and great soap and shampoo choice. Super dark when sleeping due to no windows and was great to have. However small light comes from bottom of the door which was slightly annoying. Air con is very weak and being on the 8th floor meant room was very warm howeve by using the watsapp chat with the hotel they did offer a fan also. Shower had a leak which flooded the bathroom floor but reported this to hotel and hope it gets resolved. Room service everyday was great!! But the room is not as quiet as it says it is. You can hear slamming doors all around you and thats what let it down for me, however if you can oversee that negative then it is a great hotel in the centre of belfast!

Overall we had a great time at the property. We loved the style of the rooms, the beds were comfy and it was quiet. There were a few issues which is why I didn't give it a 5 star: - We were emailed that we could check-in at 2pm. We got there at 2pm and rooms were not ready. We had to wait in the lobby until 3:15pm, after being told initially it won't be that long. Had we know how long, we would have grabbed lunch or something. They made up for the wait with a single drink ticket each, but wasn't enough in my opinion - Went to the gym but the treadmill was broken so we were unable to use it - Housekeeping only made our bed and gave new towels, they didn't tidy up at all. A minor thing, but we're used to a bit of tidying when staying at a hotel (e.g. taking the rubbish out, doing wipes of counters or sinks, etc.

Lovely hotel but not without problems

A very comfortable & pleasurable 3-night stay in a suite. Good facilities in the room with a sitting area, small kitchenette, en-suite bathroom with overhead rain shower & queen size double bed. Some attention to detail is required to maintain a good standard. For example the paintwork around the bathroom door handle was covered with grubby fingermarks from previous guests. The body lotion bottle had been refilled with soap. The kitchen was missing some cutlery and had only one drinking glass. Breakfast was buffet style & designed to be a fast track turnover. Very cafe style & some seating uncomfortable. Some food items seemed to be missing from day to day. On our last day there was no yoghurt. When questioned we were told that this has not arrived with the morning delivery (or perhaps forgotten to be ordered).

Standards slipped

Like most places - start great then they start slipping. Stayed 5 times last 6 months this will be my last. Lots of small things. No towels in the gym or paper towels last two times and they were always there. Used to be water in the fridge and water at reception that’s now gone. Charged 6:50 when asked for a water and a bag of nuts- given a huge bowl I didn’t want. Anyway other places to stay.

Wonderful hotel! Excellent location, very clean, and with great amenities. Having a small kitchen was so convenient. It was fully equipped, and even had a little milk bottle you could fill with any kind of milk from the bar for your tea/coffee. Friendly and helpful staff.
