Hotel was ok - felt like a budget hotel like a Travelodge or Premier Inn. Bit tatty and soulless. No AC though and the room was like an oven, even with the window open and max 18c outside! Slept very poorly as a result. No parking either - extortionate multi storey next door with no discount. We paid nearly £50 for 2 days to park.

Great location , friendly and convenient

Hotel itself was fine. Check in was quick and easy as was check out. On retiring to our room we discovered an issue with the sink so a quick call to reception and Brian had us sorted out a moved. Room was fine, had nearly everything needed but we had no mini fridge to keep a bottle of water cold or any way to control the temp. For me, I wasn't overly comfortable on the bed which sometimes felt like it was one of those temp guest beds and was a bit uncomfortable for me with back trouble. We didn't eat in the hotel so cannot comment but we did have some drinks in the bar. Happy hour was good but the strawberry daiquiri was slightly more bitter than it should be. The biggest issue we had was some of the other guests during the night making a lot of noise including banging on our door after midnight and making lots of noise in the corridors but that isn't the fault of the hotel but the lack of respect from other guests

We were traveling with young kids. The rooms were hot, but it was very noisy having the windows open due to the bars out front. Would be a great place to stay if you want to be going out at night, not the greatest for small kids.

Nice hotel, good location

I usually stay here in Belfast. Good hotel, nice breakfast, comfy bed, rooms can be a little too hot in summer but they are spacious with a nice hot shower. Location is great for bars and restaurants.

The rooms were sub-standard. The shower stall was floor level thus every time you took a shower water would go all over the bathroom floor, causing a safety concern for slipping. Bed was uncomfortable and there was no air conditioning in room. Good location and lobby was nice, but hotel rooms were poor.

Great location, great staff, bad hotel.

The desk staff is very friendly, the shower was decent, and the location is great. Other than those things, this is an awful hotel. Very dated, very hot (no AC), broken furniture, super smelling water, toilets barely flushed. Blood and mystery brown stains on my sheets (didn’t see until the next morning).

This property is 2 star at best. It is overpriced and the rooms are not serviced daily.on the pretence of going‘Green’, you have to request new towels if you stay more than 1 night. To make you feel like you’re in prison, the metal was basin was a nice touch. You have been warned.

Convenient decent base for Open Golf visit.

Excellent friendly and efficient welcome with Manager thoughtfully inviting us to complimentary full breakfast even after the facility had closed. Also allowed us to access room c 4 hours before scheduled availability. Twin double bedded room with decent facilities but no ac and too hot for comfort not helped by winter thickness duvet. Bathroom a little dated and lacking little niceties such as towel rail and any sort of tray in shower area. Clean room. Good sized restaurant and bar areas with good food quality, presentation and range of drinks. Very good atmosphere, TVs, and ambience. On the whole, excellent service with only non intentional blemish being an inappropriately timed blunt demand for payment on ordering dinner, albeit it was subsequently explained that payment upfront was hotel policy as they had suffered from “runners”. Well situated hotel with easy access to main sightseeing and transport requirements.
