Had a problem getting checked in at 3pm . Did not get checked in until 7pm . This delay was dealt with immediately by Emmet with free breakfast and apology given . This solved the problem to my satisfaction. Emmet was excellent !!!

Breakfast on our first day was nice. Second day buffet needed topped up only one slice of bacon and one egg on the buffet. Our room had an enjoining door to another room, you could hear everything. Had very little sleep with this. We did complain 3 times. The night staff did come and ask them to keep things down, they did offer us to change of room at 3.30am but said this would take a hour and a half to sort out, so we declined. These enjoining rooms should be kept for families. There was a dried on food mark on the duvet wrap. Staff were friendly but I would not stay again because of the room situation🙁
