Good, central location, only a short walk from a a large selection of bars and restaurants. Staff were friendly and accommodating. When I checked into the room, the air con wasn’t working however upon calling down to reception, I was moved to another (upgraded) room immediately and without hassle. Can’t complain at all really. I would stay again.

Central Trendy Hotel

This hotel was a great Central hotel with so many nice amenities around. Hotel bar is nice for a drink and quiet ambience. Was very central to lots of dining options and shops. Was a very nice breakfast with a cook to order meal plus other pastries and cereal options.

Staff were pleasant and helpful but felt like they were understaffed and stretched, especially in the breakfast room. No water in room (didn’t mention on check out as thought it was just hotel standard, but later found out other colleagues staying in the hotel had water bottles, while other didn’t). Felt grubby and unclean. Comfy beds, spacious rooms.

We arrived at 3pm for check in and were told our room wasn’t ready and they didn’t know how long it would be . We arrived back at 4pm and were told our room Was still not ready , after about 10 minutes this time they had it sorted but we were disappointed that we couldn’t check in when we should have be allowed to

Lovely hotel. I paid extra to have a gym in the hotel though.... saying it has a gym is a stretch! Two machines in a tiny room. The room has a wooden door making me VERY uncomfortable as a female- in a tiny space. I should have booked the premier inn!!
