Some sockets in room were not working and pizza took far too long to make (came down to collect after 20 mins and wasn't ready despite being told it would be ready in 15) that seems a bit nitpicky but no-one ever deserves a full 5 stars...other than that it was a good stay

The room was with electric static’s noise, very upsetting for those with sensibility. There was definitely something wrong with the electrical system because it damaged my adaptor (that is compatible with both voltages) leaving the room with a burnt smell. The sink was smelling like sewage
