The self check- in was easy and staff were responsive to messages. The price point is perfect for what's on offer. My only suggestion is to clsrify that the breakfast is not included with the price of the hotel.

We were put on the third floor. No elevator. Extremely hot with only a tiny window and an oscillating fan. Made it difficult to sleep.

The room was clean, spacious and bright. It made for a lovely girls night away. The hotel is in a prime location, just a short walk away from bars, boutiques and shops on the Lisburn Road. There's even a lovely little cafe called The Mad Hatter just a few doors down. Overnight, there's access to vending machines which I thought was a nice touch and definitely handy in a pinch.

Good location, nice property with a small garden. Our room was up 3 flights of stairs (no lift) but we travel light so that wasn't a problem for us. Room was comfortable, clean, had lots of natural light, and the bathroom was nice. Good continental breakfast in the morning (for an additional fee) that included eggs to order. Good value for price paid.

We had a great stay at the Gregory, couldn’t have asked for a better time! The staff were brilliant, so helpful polite and friendly and room was perfect! Clean nice and comfortable. Breakfast was OK, but I would recommend getting out and finding local places as there are lots of options. Location is good, just 20min walk to the centre or a 5 min bus ride, Thanks for a great stay!

We got a room for 4, top floor, could smell breakfast every morning. Breakfast good. Delightful We were not in our room a lot, but cozy. Spacious great room to hang out in, and talk about the days adventures.

I paid for a room and private bathroom but when I got to the hotel they told me I had a room with a bathroom across the hall. We just stayed a night so it wasn’t too inconvenient for us but they should be identifying that in their advertisements/booking tools.

Booked for one night so my student daughter could attend the US consulate for a visa. She felt very safe, said the room was lovely and comfortable. Walking distance to the consulate so no worries about late transport etc. She was able to leave her luggage (no bags in the consulate building) while she attended her appointment.
