Summer water gets up in the 70’s Float dock Gas fireplace inside and firetable on deck. row boat, kayaks, canoe, stand up paddle board firewood supplied for waterside fire pit, loads of flowers, very peaceful fenced yard, parking for 8 cars, pets ok
