The location is ok, however, the hotel is not located as it shown on the hotel.com website. One more thing is the name of the hotel is not right as at the website it's called "sanlitun boutique hotel" while it is actually named as "STEY sanlitun appointment hotel".

I was in the middle of my china trip and wanted to feel abit homely rather than a regular hotel. There was a shared washing machine where i did my laundry and kitchenett in my room. It was all clean and very comfortable. I will def stay again.I wanted to stay in Sanlitun so this was great home feel in Sanlitun. I was happy

Decent size room with kitchenette and en-suite. Nice view of the city and traffic outside! Bed was comfortable. Nice communal area with free tea and coffee. Condition and cleanliness could be improved. Close to Sanlitun shopping area and metro outside the door.

It used to be part of Zhao Long Hotel, at least a 4 star standard. The floors I booked with friends are now run by independent operators who offer a service apartment atmosphere, with a fully equipped kitchen and sitting area shared by guests. That's a big plus for longer stay travellers and families. For our brief stay we didn't have much use of it though, good value nevertheless.

Good place to stay in Beijing.

Good location but hard to find as virtually NO Hotel Name on display. Lovely room equipped with ceiling rings for gymnasts but NO TV. Great breakfast. Not too far from the AirPort Express line and stations. Good value in what is becoming a very expensive city.

The address on Expedia was misleading, I contacted the property and received a different address for where to go as we were walking around for a while before we could find it. It is inside a bigger building with another hotel on different floors which is why we were so confused. Regardless, could not fault the hotel at all :) Had an option for a wide range of breakfast at an affordable price, the room was clean and had heaters which was perfect since we visited in January while it was so cold. The best part about the hotel was the members of staff, they were so helpful and spoke pretty good English which was a relief when we needed any help. Specifically would like to mention Colin who was incredibly kind and helpful when we had a couple of issues that needed resolving fairly urgently, he spoke fluent English and ensured we would not be left without a solution. The staff are also only a message away on either the Stey app or through the Expedia live chat, with fairly rapid responses. Overall an amazing stay and would definitely reccommend this hotel :)
