Hotel Staff

Lady in charge of reception at midnight does not know one word English. Although hotel is prepaid by Expedia she couldn't find it in the records and asked room charge. After spending an hour at midnight we had been able to check in. She had great goodwill to solve the problem but that didn't help for immediate check-in.
