I am in the hospitality industry and my family and I visited China for two weeks and our experience at Holiday Inn Beijing was superb. If you are ever in Beijing check out Holiday Inn Beijing Chang An West by IHG Beijing.

1. The staff charged me for another room without my consent and no notification since assume the other room familiar with us; 2. Swimming pool occupied by kids from outside/other than customers of the hotel the whole days, around 20 kids all the time, and noisy since the hotel make it open to the kids learning/training swimming, no enough space even no one lane for the client. I won’t come again, and I won’t recommend this hotel to my friends. And this is the second time I came. I switched to another hotel the same month.

This hotel got everything I need. A little far from Tiananmen Square by foot but I took a bike and got there in 40 minutes. Area was clean and the people were polite and professional.
