Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Single garage. Supermarket 800 m, bus stop "Pals" 7 km, railway station "Flaça" 30 km, sandy beach "platja del racó" 950 m. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
