Stylish, country-style villa set amidst a Mediterranean garden. On the ground floor are two bedrooms, bathroom (shower), Fully equipped kitchen and a living room (42 inch satellite TV, blue-ray player) in Spanish style.Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel (not for online gaming or video download). From the living room you enter the shady veranda (with outside grill) and enjoy a unique view over the plain, the long sandy beach to Estartit and the sea. A separate external staircase leads to the tower studio (double bed) with its own bathroom. For the hot days, all our bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, on the ground floor additionally with air conditioning. On cool days you have the possibility to warm yourself by the fireplace. In the well-tended garden of palm trees, agaves, oleanders and lavender, there are 3 large terraces with many seating areas and on the lawn you can enjoy your holiday between bougainvillea and fan palms. At our pool, which is heated during the transition period, you will find other possibilities for lying. Several sun loungers and parasols are available. If you have any problems, our house manager will be pleased to help you on the spot (Spanish, Dutch, English).
Electric pool heating: The large pool (8x4m) is heated by a modern and environmentally friendly heat pump and guarantees you pleasant warm water in all seasons!
Around the pool there are sun loungers with sunbeds and umbrellas.

wunderbares Haus, praxistauglich ausgestattet mit persönlicher Note.Gute Matrazen, gute Qualitäten bei der Einrichtung, Traumblick, auch vom Wohnzimmer, schöne Aussenanlage. Stellplatz war mit breitem 9-Sitzer eine Herausforderung, aber machbar. Pool auch bei kühlen Tagen gut nutzbar. Auto erforderlich. Gastgeber gut erreichbar und lösungsorientiert. Jederzeit wieder.

Heerlijk verblijf

Wij hebben hier een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Het was te warm om het pad naar beneden (erg steil) te lopen, maar hebben heerlijk (in de schaduw) van het mooie uitzicht genoten. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien (prima bedden, douche, keuken en wifi) en onze zoon van 10 heeft zich prima in het zwembad vermaakt. Bij het zwembad kun je ook in de schaduw liggen, wat erg fijn is met temperaturen boven de 30 graden.

Traumhafte, authentische Finca mit toller Aussicht

Wir waren eine Woche mit unserem Hund in der Finca und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage war perfekt, man war zu Fuß schnell an verschiedenen Stränden (wir sind allerdings auch gut zu Fuß) und mit dem Auto in 5-10 Minuten in der schönen Stadt Begur. Der Standort ist auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge nach Girona oder Barcelona. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch die Aussicht. Der Pool war super und es gab eine schöne schattige Area im Poolbereich. Das Haus ist gepflegt und die Küche neu. Wir haben noch nie eine so gut ausgestattete Küche in einem Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Prachtig uitzicht en heerlijk zwembad

In augustus 2021 een week verbleven in de villa. Het huis heeft prachtig uitzicht waar je elke avond tijdens het avond eten kan genieten op het balkon. Daarnaast is het zwembad fijn verwarmd en voorzieningen van stroming die aangezet kan worden. Hier hadden onze kinderen veel lol mee. Het huis is verder ruim en van alles voorzien. Een van de slaapkamers is wel alleen buiten om bereikbaar dit is met jonge kinderen niet ideaal. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug.

Fantastic family vacation home!

We have enjoyed two weeks in the wunderful house of Manfred. The rooms and beds are perfect, the house is cosy and very complete for one family. It really feels like you are at home! Our kids were a bit older and enjoyed the lower located pool endlessly! The beach is in walking distance, but you need a car for everything else. It is fairly steep and slopy, but with a beautiful view! One thing we would like if we would to come back (and maybe we will!) is some shade for the evening sun on the deck. Many thanks Manfred and maybe till next time!

Great villa, pool and view!

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Was soll man sagen, wir waren begeistert! Als erfahrene Ferienhaus Urlauber haben wir in den letzten 15 Jahren eine ganze Reihe von Häuser erleben dürfen, aber dieses Objekt hat es in unsere persönliche Top 5 Liste geschafft. Lage Die Lage und der Ausblick sind einfach perfekt. Man hat die Auswahl zwischen 2 Stränden und kann beide innerhalb von max. 15 per Fuß erreichen. (Achtung es ist sehr hügelig und man sollte gut zu Fuß sein und laufen mögen) Unser Favorit ist der Strand von Sa Riera. Die Altstadt von Begur ist gerade mal 3,1 km entfernt und ist immer eine Fahrt wert. Haus und Grundstück Sehr ruhige Lage und einfach nur ein Platz der Erholung. Man sitzt auf der Terrasse und hat einen tollen Blick über die gesamte Bucht. Es ist darüber hinaus unser erstes Ferienhaus mit so guten Klimaanlagen und einer guten Isolierung. Hierzu trägt aber auch im wesentlichen die tolle 3-fach Verglasung eines deutschen Hersteller‘s bei. Der Pool (8m*4m) mit Gegenstromanlage ist perfekt und wurde von uns und unseren Kindern ausgiebig genutzt. Der WLAN Empfang war so gut, dass meine Töchter zwischendurch auch gut Amazone Prime streamen konnten. Fazit Perfekter Urlaub und wir werden in Zukunft wieder buchen Viele Grüße Familie Schulte

Tolles Haus in toller Umgebung

Zum zweiten Mal haben wir als Familie den Urlaub hier verbracht und waren fast noch begeisterter, als schon beim ersten Mal. Die Casa ist ein wirklich sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus mit spanischem Flair. Besonders positiv zu erwähnen sind die in ausreichender Kapazität vorhandenen Klimaanlagen! Auch mit dem WLan/Internet/Verbindungen gab es überhaupt keine Probleme. Der Poolbereich wurde komplett erneuert und ist wunderschön geworden. Sowieso ist der ganze Außenbereich sehr schön angelegt, mit Sonnenplätzen und schattigen Ecken, sogar ein schattiger Carport für's Auto. Zwar erscheint die Zufahrt auf den ersten Blick als Herausforderung, aber sie konnte dann selbst von unseren beiden Kindern (Fahranfänger) gemeistert werden. Für uns bleiben keine Wünsche offen, außer gerne nochmal wiederzukommen.

zeer fijn huis met fantastisch uitzicht

Wij zijn net terug uit Begur. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en het zwembad is heerlijk. Het uitzicht over de baai van Pals/ l' Estartit is fantastisch. Begur is een prachtig plaatsje en ook het middeleeuwse Pals ligt vlakbij. Het enige minpunt is dat er in de slaapkamer boven geen airconditioning is (wel fan). Al met al krijgt onze vakantie een dikke 9 !!

Tolle Lage, schönes Haus

Der Pool war ein Traum. Herr Ruppert war sehr bemüht, kleinere technische Probleme umgehend zu lösen. Einziger grössere Makel war, dass während unseres Aufenthaltes praktisch keine Internetnutzung möglich war.

Fantastik

We were 6 persons, family of 4 with kids age 6 +8 and grand parents. It was really fine that the elders could go to the upstairs room when they needed some quiet time from the kids. The look to the sea was very nice and the pool was perfect with tempereture on about 28 degrees celsius. Our 6 year old just had to fine out to swim as he could not reach the botton. Belive the pool is somewhere between 1.25 and 1.80 m deep. It was nice to be able to cool the house down with aircondition downstairs and the fans where nice at night. And We could find everything We needed of kitchen gear.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in einem tollen Haus mit fantastischem Ausblick

Unser Urlaub in der Casa Anna-Maria war wirklich großartig. Wir als Familie mit zwei großen Kindern haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist geräumig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet (nicht überladen) und einladend. Die Ausstattung hat uns nichts vermissen lassen. Durch die Klimaanlage in fast allen Räumen, kann man abends auch wirklich gut schlafen. Die große Terrasse sowie die vielen kleinen Sitzecken und -möglichkeiten bieten zu jeder Tageszeit Sonne oder Schatten... wie jeder mag. Der Ausblick ist wirklich fantastisch und eigentlich noch viel schöner als der Eindruck von den Fotos. Der tolle Pool wurde ausgiebig genutzt, aber auch der Strand ist wirklich in 10 Min. erreichbar. Die Ruhe in der Umgebung war wirklich zu genießen. Schön ist auch die Nähe zu Begur und Playa de Pals , so dass man wirklich schnell unter Leute kommt, wenn man denn will. Alles in allem eine wunderbare spanische Casita... gerne möchten wir nochmal wiederkommen.
