Under construction 😞

We came in for a horse show with our equestrian team. We booked so the kids could swim and have a nice breakfast orior to their early morning shows. Unfortunately, the pool was not open and the kitchen and dining area were under construction. I wish this was mentioned prior to booking. We would have stayed elsewhere with the amenities we wanted for the same price.

We were a little disappointed that expedia didnt post that this hotel was under renovations. We found out when we arrived for check in. The pool was out of order and ther hot buffet was more of a continental breakfast due to the renos. We were luck to have been checked into a fully renovated unit on the top floor. The new colours and design will sure make this hotel look much better in the ling run. We did encounter them changing the door lock systems on all the rooms which didnt take long anc we had new cards right away. They staff was friendly. We didnt see them much as we were very busy with our tournament we were visiting for. We also were lucky that the floor tbwy were working on for renos was below us, so we didnt notice the oise as much just the construction dirt/garbage in the elevator. If renos werent happening during our stay we would have rated higher. Otheewise for them time we spent there it was an overall good experience.

Very bad experience

We never for housekeeping service for our 2 night stay. When i went to the front desk in all why, they looked at their housekeeping reports and tried to tell me it was make a being done. WAS NOT DONE AND the do not disturb sign was NOT on the door. How can housekeeping AND AN INSPECTOR OF THE ROOMS both sign off on a room as being done when it was not? Never picked up towels, emptied the garbage out or made beds. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!

Pool closed not updated on website. There were about 20 mattresses in the lobby uncovered for the whole stay. Gave dirty vibe. Continental breakfast was not bad for cold breakfast.

I get the hotel is under renovation but the room I got was dirty & smelled like cigarettes. The manager tried to spray it down but honestly did not work. It was just horrible & could not even sleep there. They stated they didn’t have other rooms due to the renovations. So we left. I really couldn’t stay there with the room smells so horrible. We decided to leave to another hotel.

We always stay here when visiting family and the continental breakfast is always the highlight of the stay. Breakfast options were limited because of renovations. This should of been made more apparent on Expeda. The staff were lovely as always.

We had a late check in and were put in a room that had construction happening above it early in the morning. We weren’t told about this and were very unhappy to be awoken by it. I tried to call the front desk to complain but the phone didn’t work, I went to the desk but there was no one there. I complained at checkout and the person there was uninterested and laughed away our troubles. The room smelled when we got there and overall the stay was just terrible. Would not recommend!!!

Terrible breakfast

I want to complain about the breakfast. The usual breakfast area was closed, and the hotel used a conference room that lacked the proper structure to provide a quality breakfast. The food was terrible. There are better options close this hotel with the same price.
