The renovations left one elevator and there was a lot of construction. However, staff was very polite and the room was huge. Very convenient for our needs. But wouldn’t recommend for several days until work is completed

Under construction, but still a decent stay

Although at first I was a bit disappointed to see construction going on at the Holiday InnExpress, I was happy that it did not interfere with my stay or create noise. The pool was fine and the breakfast fairly decent. The room was very clean and maintained well. I was disappointed that the fitness center had machines that were not functioning. But even so it was clean and quiet. The area around the hotel is peaceful and not too far away from shopping and restaurants.

Our weekend stay 7/18 to 7/20.

I t was fine except for the elevator service. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. There were times I would enter the elevator on the third floor and when I pressed the button for the first floor, the door would close, then reopen. Because of this, I and my family had to take the stairs. I did report this to whomever was on duty at the front desk. I was told it would be fixed but it was not.

The check was friendly and professional. The lobby and rooms were clean. I requested a room that was accessible for an individual in a wheelchair and was assured it was. The room and bathroom was accessible but the bathroom had a normal bathtub that made it impossible to access in a wheelchair. Other hotels I've stayed in have the roll in shower in handicap accessible rooms. This was really frustrating.

We were given a ground floor unit which had heavy foot traffic and the noise from other adjoining rooms could be heard...The pool jad a film of dust over it which i believe came from existing upgrade construction.

Well to start with the hotel is under renovation. But its a full renovation and its not fit for people to stay at, other than the room i stayed the hotel is a mess, all construction equipment is in the parking lots and takes up so many car parking spaces. I was told I had to park my car across the road in another companies parking lot… On top of all this, the nightly fee for a room was extremely high for the quality on offer! The pool was filthy too.
