It’s a great hotel without spending a ton of money. It’s clean, comfortable, and the staff is friendly. It’s my go-to place to stay when I visit Beaver.

If frills mean tissues and shampoo/lotion, this is a no-frills joint. Doors and bldg in general are dilapidated. Staff was nice enough, helped me out. A/C did not work at all, just fan blowing air. Other than that, I won’t stay there again- even at the no frills price. Do better- thanks

Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Air conditioning does not work. Sprinklers in room started leaking at 1am. Ridiculous $100 key deposit.
