This is right up there with one of the worst places I've stayed. $20 if your dog sleeps in the bed with you. How do you know if they get on the bed? Are there cameras in the room? Not cleaned very well. The toilet about falls over when you sit on it. The external door down the hallway doesn't require a room key so anyone can just walk in. When that door shuts, it sounds like a gun shot. The door to the room barely shuts on it's own. There isn't even coffee in the morning. You don't have that many people staying at your property so just go buy a $20 coffee maker from Walmart.
If you are looking for a cheap place to lay your head and take a shower it was fine. The bed was clean and the shower worked. The floor was dirty.
The AC did not work, The tv did not work. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The coffee in the lobby did not work. The pool is not working. The exterior door did not work - no key card required and it was really dirty. There was a lot of trash around the property. A little care with this place could go a long way.
Quiet, quick check-in, easy parking, no frills place to spend the night. Everything worked, didn't smell funny, and the shower was hot. I wasn't going to argue with the good deal I got to stay here.
Only qualm is not of the actual hotel but its surroundings. It's surrounded by several shuttered food establishments so there are no lights so the road leading there is hard to see at night. If you end up in the wrong parking lot you could end up in a lake-sized pothole. But once you're at the hotel you're good.
They were misleading with a huge sign that says indoor pool and spa. They lied. No open pool and no spa to speak of. Check in made us feel somewhat uncomfortable and unfriendly at check out.

Stayed here for one night. Chose it based on the price and didn’t expect anything fancy. Inside the room, there was a smell of pet urine, towel racks were falling off the wall and the lights flickered / hummed. The floor had black spots that were stained with something. Went to open up a window to air it out and the screen was damaged. The lobby has a coffee machine but it’s out of order. The parking lot has large potholes that were unavoidable coming in. Overall this property was very ran down and unimpressive. I am not one to leave a bad review but I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Check-in was a breeze, room was clean, noise on property was quiet, left envelope to tip housekeeping in the room, check-out was easy - just left key at thw front desk
Very old property including faucets etc. the only good thing were the beds. Everything else sucked.

Disliked: Amenities
The owner did not help me get through the door with the rolling cart. It was broken and hard to maneuver, so I left it outside my bedroom door, and then he knocked on my door and was mad at me because I left it outside my door. The floors inside my room were dirty and bed was hard and lumpy. Also there was no coffee and he said the pot was broken but he also did not offer hot tea or hot chocolate in lieu of coffee. I ordered a handicap room when I made my reservation but when I got there they said they only had two handicap rooms and both were taken. I had to go without a shower after being on the road for almost 9 hours. I have rods in my back so cannot lift my legs over the side of a bathtub to get in. I was in a lot of pain and had no way to relax by not being able to have a hot shower. I won’t be staying there again. Then they had the nerve to leave an envelope in the room asking for a tip. They didn’t get one from me. Last, but not least, they shut down early and put a handwritten note that says no vacancy on the door.
