The only complaint I had was about the air conditioning. The unit is so close to the bed and very noisy. You can get sick from the cold air blowing to your body. Hope they can find solution to this.

Pet friendly hotel but signs everywhere to keep your pets off the grass. Then they directed us to a rocky area near some dumpsters, outback, for the dog. Then the associate in the morning was just really unfriendly. Having to speak with the guests, for any reason, was definitely an inconvenience for her.

Nice home away from home

Our room had a kitchen, desk, small dining table, couch, tv, in addition to the bed. The toilet and tub are separate from the sink which is great if you have 2 or more ppl getting ready. The counter is also nice and large. The young woman checking us in was very friendly and welcoming. Free coupons for dessert at the Crazy Cow Cafe! Breakfast was one of my favorites with lots of options like cold brew coffee and non dairy milk.

The hotel staff will not work with you. They will not cancel your reservation and take your money. I had an emergency that did not allow me to check in on time. Even with detailed information about my medical emergency they would not work with me.
