The staff was great! The hotel was very clean and had clearly had some recent updates/maintenance. My room was very quiet as well. There were some aspects, like some painting, that could have used maintenance. And I couldn't figure out how to get hot water in the shower (but I didn't bother asking). I would definitely stay here again!

We were very disappointed in the upkeep of the Hotel. The carpeted halls smelled wet and moldy. On the second floor, it smelled like a dog kennel. Then the room we were assigned to was at the very end of the hallway, and it was dark and scary. There was even a consistent barking dog. Then we were charged an extra $30 deposit, which I had never had to do before. The desk clerk informed that it was because of people smoking, staring at sheets, drinking, and smoking dope. The water fountain was rusted, and the carpet was dirty and smelly. Then, when we told the desk clerk we needed another room, we were charged another $20.00. I'm a handicapped person, and the desk clerk had no empathy or sympathy for my condition at all. Needless to say, we will not stay at this hotel again.
