The room had bugs/roaches, it stunk really bad from the microwave. Everything was unclean. My wife begged me to just leave because she didn't feel safe. The hotel is under some type of maintenance currently, but it needs to be demolished and rebuilt. The loitering in the parking lot by unsavory characters and the lady who must have been involved with the repairs to the building was scary! We took the stairs just to avoid being around her and the stairs were so dirty it was unbelievable. I wish I had taken a picture for the corporate office to see. The gentleman who checked me in was the only professional and courteous person I delt with. We checked in at 8:00 pm and left at 4:15 am just to get out before anyone was around. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We booked this because of the really good experience we had at the Del Rio, Texas RRI.

The beds are so comfortable and so are some pillows depending on what room u get. Staff are very helpful but there's a manager name Eco I feel she deserves recognition because she was a Big Blessing in my and my daughter life. Not knowing me from Adam and Eve but the heart enough to give me a financial Blessing to help me get to my next location especially when the property manager a guy who turned me down when I ask for help. Make me wonder how he sleeps at night.

The hotel was worth the money for a week I had to stay for my college residency. I liked the staff was very attentive specially the cleaning lady. The kitchen was small but functional. The only thing I didn’t like was that I had booked a room with 2 queen beds with a kitchen but once I arrived there was only a king bed available; after that everything else was smooth.
