No water pressure. Room was cleanish, but lacked where it counted most (hygiene). Also, the nighttime staff was smoking in her car when we arrived. She watched us wait there for her instead of extinguishing her cigarette and attending to us. Trashy if I do say so myself. Once inside, her attitude was tepid at best. Bad night maybe for her maybe?

The staff was so amazing! I had an issue that conflicted with my reservation and they took care of it and within 30 min of stress and tension, they had the issue handled and I was able to sleep peacefully. The room was spotless and had everything you could think of. Definitely will be staying here again.

The breakfast was good. The staff was kind. The take aways was you couldn't get to the steps that were closest to the room. Someone parked there big truck in the way. We had to climb over bushes to get to the steps.

The staff was great. The young lady who checked us in was very pleasant and professional. The problem was we went to our assigned room only to find the door open, lights on, and towels on the bathroom floor and door. We had to go back to the front desk to get another room. Again the ladies were professional and helpful and gave us a different room, which was nice and clean. However, it was 84° in the room! We finally got it cooled down and comfortable enough to go to sleep only to be awakened by a loud, annoying noise that sounded like a fire alarm! It turned out to be the ac — I couldn’t go back to sleep with the loud noise — I am very frustrated! I really would like some type of credit for this frustration. I paid to get a nights sleep —not to be kept awake with an alarm-type rattling noise all night!!!
